THERAPEUTIC SOUND IMMERSION

We begin with a 90-minute therapeutic sound immersion with Reiki, aromatics, poetry and healing touch to help the nervous system settle into a felt sense of togetherness.

PARTNER PRACTICES

From there, gentle partner (or solo) practices: eye gazing, synchronized breathing, and creative reflection, invite you to slow down and truly meet one another.

INDOOR PICNIC

The event will close with tea + treats to indulge and stimulate the senses, remaining settled into your cozy nook with your partner.

This offering is open to couples and individuals alike. In this space, love includes the relationship you are in with yourself.

Intimacy isn’t built through grand gestures. It’s built through sustained presence.
